KCA Dumpling Party

Dear KCA families,
Promise has planed a Dumpling Party for her Non-Heritage Chinese Language classes as part of their introduction to Chinese culture.
We are opening up this event to all registered KCA families.
The event will occur in the restaurant Sichuan Cuisine (also known as 蜀锦园 or 川菜坊) on Saturday, 4/8/23 starting at 3pm, and will include:
- Presentation on the history of dumplings.
- Attendees will get a chance to make dumpling with 2 kinds of fillings (vegan and meat options).
- There will be a buffet dinner afterwards, including the delicious dumplings you made.
- A recipe and menu will be handed out afterwards for those interested in making their own dumplings at home.
If you would like to attend the event, please RSVP here. Only those that RSVP will be allowed to attend the event. This is to respect the prearranged amount of food the restaurant will prepare, as well as cost.
There will be a cover charge for each person attending to cover the price of dinner. The price per person and set buffet menu will be given after we know how many people will attend (special group rate). So please RSVP ahead of time!
